Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He has achieved small success as a Miller.
