History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He is a Ruler first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Through the years after Jocelyn was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Jocelyn's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.
