History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His childhood dream was to be a Fletcher, but he was a colossal failure. He has worked as a Sailor like his father before him.

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized black coat. Her silver hair is unkempt and raggedy. Her face is scarred and worn.

Personality: She hates gnolls. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Mason hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it.
