Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, brigands burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying north to reunite his family. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Beggar.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it.

History: She was born into a rich family. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and she would like to get married and retire
