Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Carter. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Eva is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Eva was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
