History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Melissa was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Apothecary hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. After a long history of fighting, Melissa and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born to a Hunter, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
