He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
