Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a pastel armored body suit, with a simple black line shooting up and back down, and is pretty ugly. He is bald on top and has large silver tufts of hair around his ears. He is baby faced.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Gerard is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Gerard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
