History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Through the years after Elysande was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Elysande's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
