Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. Justin is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Justin was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Justin decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He tends to his Baker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Through the years after Emmeline was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Emmeline's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
