History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He tends to his Unemployed job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and balancing his hectic life and new unemployed responsibilities is difficult

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Chad was a troubled youth. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned.
