Sporting a blonde mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His violet eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Hugh grew up listening to his mother's many stories. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has achieved small success as a Ruler.
