Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a brown vest and prefers blue and brown shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His head has been shaved. His violet eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Balimaar will drive conversation. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Balimaar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: She stands about 5'10" and wears a robe, a symbol of the sun god around her neck, and a bastard sword on her belt. Her left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. Her red hair is thinning but still full. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: Griselda hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her poetry career. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

Description: 5'2" and muscular, this southern woman dresses like a well dressed Ruler does. She sports golden long hair. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her amber eyes.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Maynild was born with her mother's beautiful face. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She's also a talented Masseuse, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To be a Masseuse again.
