Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: He is an average looking western male in his early mid-life. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He has a long silver beard with little hanging trinkets. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Performer. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Randal liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He bought a greataxe and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a black coat, and a wedding ring on his right hand. His hair is long and brown with streaks of red, and is pulled back with small black clips. His beard is red, braided, and well cared for. His amber eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed black hat.

Personality: Trey wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... Trey is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Soapmaker born in the past three hundred years. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Conrad was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Soapmaker for hire.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.
