Description: She wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 5'9" when asserting herself. She has shaved her head bald. Her eyes are likewise amber. Her teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: Katherine is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Unemployed but believes her peers are too gung-ho.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Unemployed for the past few years.

Description: She is a paragon of her species. She is larger and stronger than most Humans. Her skin is dark but she possesses many yellow ritualistic tattoos. She wears green leather gloves, a green jacket, and tight pants. Her auburn hair is long and unkept. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are gray.
Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.
History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Description: This eastern woman is abnormally tall. She wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. She has a long blonde ponytail with little hanging trinkets. She has blue eyes and a green hat with a pastel feather.
Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.
History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Jane liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She bought a sai and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs.

Description: She usually wears her white robe and has her warhammer always slung over her shoulder. She has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. Her red hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Elysande was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and doesn't want to be a barkeep and was forced into it by her family
