Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. She found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. Helen was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Helen decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day
