Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Richard's homeland. Richard decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

History: She is a Chromatic Dragon in disguise. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Oriel lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying brother.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Fletcher arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
