Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes orcs are coming to abduct people. Emma is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and she desires to right it.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Tim is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Tim lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

History: He was born in the south. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
