Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears a tan shirt, with a yellow mid length skirt with yellow tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them, and is pretty ugly. Her silver hair is lengthy. Her gray eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Avelina grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Avelina. After a long history of fighting, Avelina and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He got into the Spice Merchant business at a young age. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he is content

History: He was born in a small mountains village. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He has achieved small success as a Guard.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions
