Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Juliana's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes
