History: Richard was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His parents enrolled him in a Paladin school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. History: She comes from a rich western family. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and she desires to right it; and she wants revenge against goblins
