History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Jacoba was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Jacoba decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. History: Born to a Bellfounder, her father struggled to pay the bills. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
