History: Born in the west to a Fletcher, Solomon learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Fletcher for hire.

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He wears a colorful flower in his white hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Butcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. A gifted student she started as a Sailor, but she got bored and became a Stableman. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions.
