History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Avice grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Avice. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. A friendly and beautiful Human, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: He was born in the west. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Aldous fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: The child of a Bowyer, who enjoyed hunting, Bertram was taken on many hunting expeditions. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
