Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: Sybil was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.
