Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Juliana grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Juliana. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
