History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Herbalist. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
