Description: A 6'0" western man, he is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He has brown hair. His violet eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: Anselm is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
History: Gifted from a young age, Anselm studied abroad. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: He is a mite stocky and wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His red hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His hazel eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.
History: Ernest was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shoemaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

Description: 5'8" and muscular, this eastern man wears pastel painted combat armor at almost all times. His hair is red, silky, and of moderate length. His green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: Nicholas was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature longsword.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.
Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and he would like to get married and retire
