History: Matilda hails from a village terrorized by illithids. She found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the west. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Bather for hire.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He is dressed in earthy colors with a red and grey handkerchief worn on his right side. His brown hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Through the years after Everard was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Everard's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
