History: Sarah was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. His silver hair is smooth and relatively long. His gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was born in a small island village. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He's also a talented Marshal, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Description: She is of a modest build and height, but she carries herself more imposing than she is. She typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep green leather and dull blue iron scale mail. She has wavy silver hair. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady gray eyes.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Human compassion; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
