History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: This fat western woman has a bulbous nose and is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright grey and blue, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. She keeps her long white hair kept up in a rat tail. Her eyes are brown and beady.

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. After coming to the age of reason, Cecily took it upon herself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland.
