He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: She is mildly Human supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Stableman responsibilities is difficult; and an old rival family wants her found

Description: He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. He carries a battered falchion and tarnished hammer as well. His hair is cut close to his head. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: Simon wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Simon was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
