History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
