History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Anne isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: She got into the Ruler business at a young age. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world.

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
