Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: A middle-aged woman, she is dressed in a clean grey cloak covering her clean studded leather, and is pretty ugly. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: Sarah hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her writing career. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Sarah was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. She has never given up on her writing dream.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She wears a tight fitting blue shirt and pants. Her long blonde hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her skin is flawless and her brown eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She has all her life been fascinated with singing.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she has decided she is irredeemable
