History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Diggory was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Diggory's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: Egelina was born with her mother's beautiful face. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Knight hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Cory fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Lance wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to share knowledge with the world
