History: William hails from a village terrorized by brigands. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

History: Gifted from a young age, Maynild studied abroad. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
