Description: This southern woman has the majority of her body covered in plate. Her clothes are grease stained in places. Her black hair is greasy and uncared for. Her hazel eyes peer out from beneath her top green hat.

Personality: She hates brigands. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her parents were killed by brigands in a raid when she was still a young child. The brigands captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many brigands want her driven away; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it

Description: He wears a worn and beaten armor, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'0" when asserting himself. His hair is short and blonde. His green eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: He is a pot bellied eastern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized blue coat. He sports a long red beard, and similarly colored long hair. His violet eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed blue hat.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Courier profession.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has achieved small success as a Sailor.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and sabotage a competitor
