History: Gifted from a young age, Manfred studied abroad. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: Born to a Performer, her father struggled to pay the bills. She has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
