History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Locksmith arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Born in the west to a Merchant, Beatrice learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. A gifted student she started as a Laborer, but she got bored and became a Merchant. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Gifted from a young age, Tim studied abroad. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable.

Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. Her hair, while still mostly brown, has prominent grey streaks. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. A freak accident while working with her Laborer father left her crippled. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and expand her business
