Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Roland fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Her first spouse was a Herbalist, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Apothecary and was forced into it by her family; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Hugh was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of orcs once and for all.

History: Chad hails from a village terrorized by orcs. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Butcher for the past few years.

Motivation: To unite with his brother; and to be a mortician again
