History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Raymond grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Raymond. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Jacoba was born the youngest of three triplets. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Blacksmith. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.
