History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'6" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He is renowned for his bright pastel suits and hats. His hair is white and curly. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are brown.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. The war was a terrible time for him, and Jocelyn does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Jocelyn was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Jocelyn took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up nunchaku and armor he uses now. He's also a talented Gardener, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.
