Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Chad lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: His left side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with top hat. He has a silver handlebar mustache and slicked back silver hair. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Gilbert is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Gilbert was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. The war was a terrible time for her, and Geva does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
