He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

History: He was born in the east. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Ruler.
