History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Dean grew up listening to his father's many stories. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life.

Personality: Hubert is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

Personality: Anne speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and to share knowledge with the world
