Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When Millicent reached her early adolescence her Human father passed away.
