History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now owns his own business.

Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Carter they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Engraver, and she later adopted a second son.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A gifted student she started as a Soapmaker, but she got bored and became a Weaver. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Weaver for hire.
