Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. One day when Cecily was young, her mother was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly her mother dropped to the ground dead.
