History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

History: He got into the Marshal business at a young age. Through the years after Gilbert was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Gilbert's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 15 years.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. At a young age her father died while driving off some drow. Her mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in longbow use. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Tim was born the youngest of three triplets. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now mingles about in high society.
